Payment Information
- For subscription payments, your card details are processed and stored by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or expiry date on our systems. We receive only a tokenised reference and subscription status from Stripe.
- For card on delivery transactions, payment is handled at the point of delivery and we retain only a record that payment was completed.
- For cash on delivery transactions, we retain a record of the order and confirmed delivery.

- App usage behaviour where applicable
4. How We Use Your Information

Delivery Partners
When you select delivery to your address, we share your name, phone number, and delivery address with our logistics or delivery partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Suppliers

- Account information is retained for the duration of your membership and up to 3 years after cancellation for legal and audit purposes.
- Order records are retained for 5 years in line with UAE commercial record-keeping requirements.
- Payment records are retained as required by Stripe and applicable financial regulations.
You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at privacy@nosdeal.com. Note that we may be required to retain certain records by law even after a deletion request.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. These include encrypted data transmission, role-based access controls within our systems, and secure third-party payment processing through Stripe.
