Payment Information

• For subscription payments, your card details are processed and stored by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or expiry date on our systems. We receive only a tokenised reference and subscription status from Stripe.
• For card on delivery transactions, payment is handled at the point of delivery and we retain only a record that payment was completed.
• For cash on delivery transactions, we retain a record of the order and confirmed delivery.

• IP address
• Pages visited on nosdeal.com and time spent
• App usage behaviour where applicable

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

• To process your membership application and manage your account
• To fulfil your orders and coordinate delivery or pickup
• To calculate and enforce your monthly spend limit based on your membership tier

Delivery Partners

When you select delivery to your address, we share your name, phone number, and delivery address with our logistics or delivery partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Suppliers

In some cases, aggregate or anonymised order data may be shared with our suppliers to facilitate inventory planning and sourcing. We do not share your personal identity with suppliers unless operationally required for a specific order.

Payment Processors

Legal and Regulatory Requirements

We may disclose your information to UAE government authorities or regulators if required to do so by law, court order, or where we believe such disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights or the safety of our members.

We retain your personal information for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward in accordance with our legal obligations. Specifically:

• Account information is retained for the duration of your membership and up to 3 years after cancellation for legal and audit purposes.
• Order records are retained for 5 years in line with UAE commercial record-keeping requirements.
• Payment records are retained as required by Stripe and applicable financial regulations.

You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at privacy@nosdeal.com. Note that we may be required to retain certain records by law even after a deletion request.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. These include encrypted data transmission, role-based access controls within our systems, and secure third-party payment processing through Stripe.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
