1. Membership
NOS is a membership-based grocery service. By joining, you agree to the monthly membership fee disclosed at signup. You may cancel anytime from your account.
2. Pricing
Members pay the cost price we pay our suppliers. Prices may change as supplier costs fluctuate. We always show the price you'll pay before checkout.
3. Orders & delivery
We deliver to addresses within our service area. Delivery windows are estimates. If an item is unavailable, we'll notify you and refund accordingly.
4. Refunds
If something is damaged, missing, or unsatisfactory, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a refund or replacement.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
